How a hyperscale lease moves from RFP to live

1. RFP response

We respond to hyperscaler RFPs against your spec — power, density, timeline, redundancy, network. Two-week turnaround on standard RFPs.

2. Design workshop

Joint design workshop with your infrastructure architecture team. We align on shell design, MEP, network, security, and milestone gates.

3. BTS agreement

Build-to-suit lease executed with milestone-tied progress payments and hyperscaler-controlled gate reviews.

4. Construction

EPC executed against the BTS agreement. Hyperscaler PMO integrated into the construction governance.

5. Commissioning

Tier III certification through Constructed Facility. Hyperscaler-witnessed commissioning. Hand-off ready for first power-on.

6. Live operations

Customer-tier SLA, Finblade dashboards, and dedicated technical account management. Operational expansion handled under master agreement.
