Strategic guidance is provided by Evermere, a global digital infrastructure investment and advisory firm whose principals have led platform development for hyperscale operators, sovereign funds, and institutional infrastructure investors across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Desert Dragon’s advisory bench includes the co-founder of Hydro66 (acquired by Northern Data AG), the architect of major sovereign-grade AI compute platforms, and senior Saudi government affairs leadership.

Our development is aligned with Vision 2030’s national digital infrastructure priorities and supported by partnerships with leading Kingdom utilities, regulatory bodies, and technology suppliers — including direct relationships across the Western GPU and networking ecosystem.
